Yellow
The goal of the project was to represent the color yellow as an abstract form.
Design phase
The shape resulted from intensive research on yellow objects. Flora and fauna should serve as the main inspiration to create the most dynamic appearance possible.
CAD (Rhino)
The findings from the design phase were then finalized in CAD (Rhinoceros).
Render
Finally, the finished CAD model was rendered in matching color.
Product
In the final step, the object was 3D printed. After an elaborate sanding and filling process, the model was painted in a matching color.
